Congratulations to Houston's new Poet Laureate Deborah Mouton!

Ms. Mouton is very excited about the upcoming projects of Casa Cultural de las Americas and looks forward to being involved with the association. Mayor Turner announced her 2-year appointment today at a press conference in City Hall.
