Chucho Avellanet, a Spanish Puerto Rican singer and comedic actor, take center stage in the Mother's Day Serenade event offered by the Houston Latin America Philharmonic Orchestra, when he received the CCA Excellence Award and a Certificate of Honorary Citizenship conferred by the City of Houston.
